The final took place this Sunday, November 21, 2021 in the Saint-Sulpice church in public and in the presence of the finalist candidate composers.

At the end of the jury’s deliberations and the counting of the votes of the public and Internet users, the results were announced that same day at around 6.30PM.

First Prize

This First Prize is funded by l’Académie des Beaux-Arts.
After deliberation, the jury awarded the First Prize to

Andrea Damiano Cotti for his work “Marée, qui rassembles les horizons”.

It was the 2nd piece of the program of the finals in this category. It was performed on the great organ by Shin-Young Lee.

Second Prize

After deliberation, the jury awarded the Second Prize to

Jean-Emmanuel Filet for his work “Taphos Nomos”.

It was the 1st piece of the program of the finals in this category. It was performed on the great organ by Shin-Young Lee.

Audience Prize

After counting the votes of the public present in the church, the Audience Prize is awarded to

Gabriele Agrimonti for his work “406 Years Later”.

It was the 4th piece of the program of the finals in this category. It was performed on the great organ by Yoann Tardivel.

Internet users’ Prize

After counting the votes of the Internet users, the Internet users’ Prize is awarded to

Gabriele Agrimonti for his work “406 Years Later”.

After deliberation, the jury awarded the First Prize, Prix de la Fondation Francis et Mica Salabert, to

Pierre-Alain Braye-Weppe for his work “Versa est in luctum”.

It was the 3rd piece of the program of the finals in this category. It was performed by Sequenza 9.3 vocal ensemble and by Mélodie Michel on the choir organ.

Second Prize

After deliberation, the jury awarded the Second Prize to

Alessio Ferrante for his work “Lux”.

It was the 2nd piece of the program of the finals in this category. It was performed by Sequenza 9.3 vocal ensemble and by Alma Bettencourt on the choir organ.

Audience Prize

After counting the votes of the public present in the church, the Audience Prize is awarded to

Laurent Coulomb for his work “O Gloriosa Domina”.

It was the 4th piece of the program of the finals in this category. It was performed by Sequenza 9.3 vocal ensemble and by Alexis Grizard on the choir organ.
